A Man Who Won't Leave Town Hall; Arrest on Multiple Charges; Several Vehicle Break-Ins

Tuesday, Sept. 29
At 11:57 a.m., police made an arrest on a warrant.
At 4:31 p.m., a man was reported for not being wiling to leave Town Hall. The suspect left prior to an officer’s arrival.

At 9:55 a.m., a report came in of a small boat that had washed up on King’s Beach near the Lynn line.
At 10:10 a.m., a resident reported their motor vehicle had been broken into overnight while parked at their residence on Walker Road.
At 10:28 a.m., a caller reported ”suspicious activity” involving a National Grid employee.
At 11:04 a.m., a male overdose victime was reported.
At 1:08 p.m., a resident reported two motor vehicles had been broken into overnight.
At 2:45 p.m., police arrested Miranda Sullivan, 37, of Swampscott following a motor vehicle stop. Sullivan was charged with operating with a revoked registration, having an unregistered vehicle/trailer and having an unregistered vehicle. Sullivan was also arrested on warrants for shoplifting over $100, larceny under $250, larceny under $250 by false pretense and shoplifting by asportation.
At 4:34 p.m., a motor vehicle breaking and entering was reported.
At 6:48 p.m., a motor vehicle breaking and entering was reported.
