New Swampscott Studio's Opening Is Worth The Stretch
StretchLab Vinnin Square owners are eager to help North Shore residents with their flexibility, mobility and athletic recovery.

SWAMPSCOTT, MA — A new studio in Swampscott is hoping to help North Shore residents see the benefits of a good stretch.
Owners Julie Tucci, Craig Tucci and John Vaccarezza recently opened StretchLab Vinnin Square — the first of three StretchLabs planned on the North Shore with a North Reading location set to next.
StretchLab Vinnin Square is located at 435 Paradise Road with a grand opening planned for May.

"Being an avid runner and practicing strength training and yoga myself, StretchLab has helped with the recovery process, improving my performance and mobility,” Julie Tucci said. "The more you go the more benefits you are going to see.
"As people work harder and get older, they will soon see it is truly the missing puzzle piece within their wellness and health routines."

StretchLab offers a variety of one-on-one personalized stretching services, including a 25-minute stretch that concentrates on current stretching needs, as well as a 50-minute head-to-toe deep stretch that addresses all major muscle groups.
Membership packages are available for four or eight visits per month, with drop-in stretches welcomed as well.

"Our goal is to create an inviting atmosphere where all ages and body types are welcome," John Tucci said. "Stretching is a practice we all know we should do more often and we are here to support each individual's needs in order for them to feel the best they ever have."
