SWAMPSCOTT, MA — Nomination papers for the annual Swampscott town election are now available in the town clerk's office.

The annual election will be held on April 29.

Swampscott residents will be electing a town moderator, two Select Board members, one Board of Assessor member, one School Committee member, one Trustee of the Public Library member, one Board of Health member for one-year term, one Board of Health member for three-year term, three constables, one Planning Board member, and one Housing Authority member.

Town meeting members will also be elected.

At least 50 certified townwide signatures are required for townwide offices and 10 signatures are required for town meeting members.

The deadline to obtain nomination papers is March 7 with the deadline to submit nomination papers on March 11.

The last day to register to vote in the spring election is April 18.
