Monday, Sept 7
At 12:27 a.m., a small black dog was reported missing.
At 8:35 a.m., a caller reported hearing a loud bang and then power went out.

At 2:55 p.m., a caller reported a number of kids and adults jumping off floats near the end of the pier.

Tuesday, Sept. 8
At 1:59 a.m., a caller reported that he suspected someone had tried to get into his basement.
At 8:58 a.m., a person locked themselves out of their vehicle with the engine running.
At 10:41 a.m., a caller reported a dog locked in a vehicle. Officers found that the A/C was on in the vehicle and the owner was standing by the car.
At 12:37 p.m., a tractor trailer took down an electrical wire.
At 4:01 p.m., police arrested Jeremiah Wooden, 21, of Lynn. It was a courtesy booking and larceny from a building. See ”Swampscott Police Help Arrest Marblehead B&E Suspect.”
At 6:10 p.m., a woman flagged down a police officer and pointed out a nearby stopped vehicle. She said the vehicle had gone up on the curb and hit a street sign. Police subsequently arrested James Belville, 81, of Lynn. Belville was charged with operating under the influence of liquor, leaving the scene of a crash with property damage and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
At 7:55 p.m., Gap on Paradise Road reported that three shoplifters stole about 30 articles of clothing.
