Sobriety Checkpoints Planned for Labor Day Weekend
If you're planning Labor Day weekend travel, be aware that checkpoints are planned in both Middlesex and Worcester counties.
Next weekend is Labor Day weekend, marking the unofficial end of summer and the Massachusetts State Police will be holding Sobriety Checkpoints during one of the busiest travel and party weekends.
One checkpoint will be held Friday, Sept. 4 into Saturday, Sept. 5 in Middlesex County.
Additionally, state police are also planning a checkpoint in Worcester County Thursday, Sept. 3 into Friday, Sept. 4.
