Suspicious Man 'Casing' a House, Marijuana in the Air, Late-Night Lockout

At 3:58 a.m., the fire department assisted a person who was locked out of her residence.

At 8:10 a.m., a caller reported a car clipped their mailbox. The vehicle was on the scene and the involved parties agreed to settle the situation themselves.

At 8:25 a.m., a loose dog was reported to be running around the Stetson Avenue area.

At 11:34 a.m., an IRS scam call was reported.

At 4:02 p.m., a caller reported that his neighbor was moving and the caller saw a suspicious-looking man ”checking out the residence” in a way that made the caller believe he was “casing it” for a future break-in.

At 9:03 p.m., a caller reported an “overwhelming smell” of marijuana coming from a nearby apartment. Police did not note any marijuana smell in the area and the caller did not pick up the phone on a call back.
