Swampscott High To Induct 10 Athletes, 2 Teams Into Hall Of Fame

The Hall of Fame Committee chose the Class of 2022 to be honored in a ceremony at a date and time to be determined.

SWAMPSCOTT, MA —The 2008-09 state champion Swampscott High School girls basketball team will be one of two squads inducted as part of the school's 2022 Athletic Hall of Fame class.

The class will include two teams and 10 athletes and will be celebrated in a ceremony at a time and date to be determined.

Joining the girls basketball champions in earning a team induction will be the 1981 State Class D co-champion indoor track team.

The individual inductees are: Ali Beaulieu (Class of 2009), Marrisa Gambale (Class of 2009), Julie Halloran (coach), Michael Jauron (Class of 1974), Peter Massey (Class of 1984), Tara Nimkar (Class of 2009), Angelo Salustri (Class of 1981), Doug Spofford (Class of 1990), Adam Sussman (Class of 2006) and Ty Anderson (Class of 1963).
