Swampscott Police Look For Liquor Store Break-In Suspect: VIDEO

Police are asking people who live near the Swampscott MBTA station for any surveillance camera footage that may show the suspect.

SWAMPSCOTT, MA — Police are asking people who live near the Swampscott MBTA station for any surveillance camera footage as the try to identify a man who attempted to break-in to liquor store early Tuesday morning.

Police were on scene within two minutes after the call at 2:34 a.m. Tuesday. Video from inside the store shows the man breaking the glass on the front door at the Burrill Street Liquor Store, but not enough to gain entry. He then fled up the stairs of the MBTA station.
