MP, transforming the employer-employee relationship and experience, has hired Tracy Westcott of Swampscott as Talent Solutions Manager. Westcott will be responsible for growing MP’s Recruitment Placement Outsourcing practice through business development efforts and managing a team of recruiters across the company’s geographic footprint. She will work with existing clients and new prospects to align talent strategy with business goals, as well as and identify and understand specific customer hiring needs.

Prior to joining MP, Westcott worked at Public Consulting Group as a Talent Acquisition Lead for Public Partnerships and a Senior Recruiter for Human Services. Previous experience includes roles at Liberty Mutual, Aerotek, and State Street Bank and Trust Company.
Westcott received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from St. Michael’s College in Vermont.
