Reports say there is one occupant of a vehicle with serious injury. Unconfirmed reports say that individual is an elderly man with a severe head injury. Following the accident, the Massachusetts State Police reconstruction team arrived to the scene. Main Street was closed at 1609 Main St. with detours in both directions until the road reopened around 1 p.m. Monday afternoon.
