2. It's Happening Today: And well beyond today, actually. East Street Water Main Construction has started up again. Construction has resumed between Whittemore Road and Maple Street. One lane will be closed. Hours of construction will be from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m.. Please call the Engineering Department of the DPW if you have any questions 978-640-4440.
