  • According to the National Weather Service, there is a 70 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms Tuesday with a high near 74 expected. There will be a northwest wind around 5 mph becoming light and variable.
  • There is a 40 percent chance of rain and thunderstorms Tuesday night which will be mostly cloudy with a low near 52. Expect a southeast wind around 6 mph becoming calm in the evening and patchy fog between 10 p.m. and 11 p.m.
  • Wednesday will be sunny with a high of 77. Expect a northeast wind from 6 to 8 mph.
  • Wednesday night will be clear with a low near 49. There will be an east wind around 6 mph becoming light and variable in the evening.
  • Thursday will be mostly sunny, with a high near 79.
  • Thursday night will be mostly clear, with a low around 53.

3. It's Happening Today: The Veterans of Foreign Wars will host a Red Cross blood drive on Tuesday from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. All presenting donors receive a free Red Sox t-shirt! For more information on blood donation please visit our website. Walk-ins welcome.
