Billerica Man Arrested on Multiple Outstanding Warrants

The following is an excerpt from the Tewksbury Police Department logs. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Arrest

At 7:52 p.m. a caller reported a suspicious vehicle at the Hess Station on Andover Street. Police arrested Dylan E. Brunetto, 23, of 3 Cardington Ave., Billerica, on outstanding warrants for shoplifting, possession of Class A drugs, resisting arrest, assault and unlicensed operation.

Thursday, Feb. 27

  • At 11:06 a.m. a 911 caller reported a sex crime on Saunders Circle. Several officers responded to the scene and filed a report on the incident.
  • At 2:23 p.m. a Motel 6 employee reported that a guest had a laptop and three pairs of shoes stolen from her room.

Friday, Feb. 28

  • At 3:31 a.m. police received a call from an alarm company reported a roof hatch alarm at Applebee’s. Officers reported the building appeared secure.
  • At 6:52 a.m. a man from McDonald’s called to report that he was inside the restaurant and his wife’s ex-fiancé refused to give them their keys back so they could leave. The caller reported that Lowell Police are on scene because the McDonald’s is located in Lowell, and their officers had received calls about the incident.
