DA Announces Grand Jury Indictments in Two Tewksbury Cases

Additionally, a Tewksbury resident has been indicted in a case out of Wilmington.

Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan announced multiple Grand Jury indictments Tuesday, including two that involve Tewksbury cases and one involving a Tewksbury resident in a case out of Wilmington.

Here is a look at the indictments:

  • Armond Andrews, 48, of Lowell, was charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance, subsequent offense, distribution of a Class A substance, subsequent offense, and distribution of a Class B substance, subsequent offense. The Assistant District Attorney is Kate Hartigan.
  • Frederick Pepe, 46, of Lowell, was charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance, subsequent offense, distribution of a Class A substance, subsequent offense, distribution of a Class B substance, subsequent offense, and possession of a Class B substance, subsequent offense. The Assistant District Attorney is Kate Hartigan.
  • Nicole Martin, 35, of Tewksbury, was charged with larceny over $250 (6 counts) and false entry in corporate books, in a case out of Wilmington. The Assistant District Attorney is Doug Cannon.
