Eric Packer, with J.Borstell Real Estate, Launches the “Make a Difference” Program to Support Local Food Pantries Tewksbury, MA — December 5, 2025 — J.Borstell Commercial Real Estate is proud to announce the launch of Eric’s “Make A Difference” Program, aligned with the upcoming holidays. The Assistant District Attorney is Kate Hartigan.</li></ul><ul><li>Frederick Pepe, 46, of Lowell, was charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance, subsequent offense, distribution of a Class A substance, subsequent offense, distribution of a Class B substance, subsequent offense, and possession of a Class B substance, subsequent offense. The Assistant District Attorney is Kate Hartigan.</li></ul><ul><li>Nicole Martin, 35, of Tewksbury, was charged with larceny over $250 (6 counts) and false entry in corporate books, in a case out of Wilmington.
