A dense fog advisory which was in effect until 9 a.m. Friday morning for all of Eastern Massachusetts, has now been extended until noon for the Tewksbury area. The dense fog will lead to a rapid reduction in visibility which can make driving hazardous.The National Weather Service says with this advisory, visibilities will be one quarter mile or less at times and drivers should take their time when traveling this morning.
