Drug Surveillance Leads To Arrest of Familiar Face
It was the second time in 10 days the suspect had been arrested by Tewksbury PD.

A teenage girl, already facing charges relating to a home break-in in Tewksbury, has been arrested again.
Kayla Freda, 18, who gave her address as 49 Saville St, Saugus, was arrested on March 28 and charged with possession of heroin, possession of suboxone, and receiving stolen property over $250.
According to Tewksbury Police, Freda was arrested atafter detectives witnessed a drug transaction while conducting surveillance.

After the arrest, detectives continued to investigate and learned that she was in possession of stolen jewelry from a house break in Lynn. Lynn Police were notified and will be continuing the investigation.
over $250 related to a burglary on Van Buren Road. Ryan and Michael Codner were also arrested in that case.
