Grand Jury Indictments Announced in Several Tewksbury Cases

Tewksbury residents are among those facing serious charges, Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan announced Friday.

Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan announced multiple Grand Jury indictments on Friday, including several that involve Tewksbury cases and area residents.

Here is a look at the indictments:

  • Anita Cantu, 26, of Tewksbury, was charged with larceny from a person over the age of 65, theft of controlled substances from a person authorized to possess or dispense, possession of a Class E substance, and furnishing a false name to police in a case out of Burlington. The Assistant District Attorney is Justine Bavaro.

The following indictments are from cases out of Tewksbury:

  • Howard Barter, 33, of Lowell, was charged with conspiracy to distribute Oxycodone, uttering a false prescription for a controlled substance, and distribution of a controlled substance.
  • Robert Gorski, 23, of Tewksbury, was charged with assault and battery, armed burglary, and larceny in a building.
  • Matthew Pariseau, 31, was charged with assault and battery, intent to commit a felony, and possession of a Class E substance.
