Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan announced multiple Grand Jury indictments on Friday, including several that involve Tewksbury cases and area residents. Here is a look at the indictments: <ul><li>Anita Cantu, 26, of Tewksbury, was charged with larceny from a person over the age of 65, theft of controlled substances from a person authorized to possess or dispense, possession of a Class E substance, and furnishing a false name to police in a case out of Burlington. The Assistant District Attorney is Justine Bavaro.</li></ul>The following indictments are from cases out of Tewksbury: <ul><li>Howard Barter, 33, of Lowell, was charged with conspiracy to distribute Oxycodone, uttering a false prescription for a controlled substance, and distribution of a controlled substance.</li></ul><ul><li>Robert Gorski, 23, of Tewksbury, was charged with assault and battery, armed burglary, and larceny in a building.</li></ul><ul><li>Matthew Pariseau, 31, was charged with assault and battery, intent to commit a felony, and possession of a Class E substance.</li></ul>
