Henry Anthony 'Turk' Goveia, 42
Beloved member of the Goveia and Riccio families, Henry worked at Empire Recycling.

TEWKSBURY, MA - Henry Anthony “Turk” Goveia, age 42, a beloved member of the Goveia and Riccio families, died unexpectedly at his home on Saturday morning, February 13, after a long courageous battle with diabetes. He was born in Boston, in April 1973, a son of Mary D. (Campagna) (Riccio) Goveia with whom he resided, and the late Henry Sr. who died in 2007.
Prior to his illness, he had worked at the Empire Recycling company in Billerica.

Besides his mother, he is survived by two children, Henry A. Goveia III, and Allison Goveia both of TX; his sisters and brothers, Albert and Cynthia Riccio of No. Chelmsford, Stephen and Jeanne Riccio of Tewksbury, Robert and Victoria Riccio of Wilmington, Christine and Russell Kaizer of Tewksbury; Carol and Stephen Collins of Groton, Irene and David Bassett of Billerica, Diane and Paul Hinkley of No. Reading, June and Rod Day of ME, John and Victoria Goveia of PA, Kevin and Deena Goveia of FL, numerous nieces and nephews; and was predeceased by his brother, the late Joseph Peter Riccio.
Memorial visiting hours will be held Saturday, Feb. 20, from 1-3 p.m. in the Tewksbury Funeral Home, corner of 1 Dewey St. and 975 Main St. (Rte. 38). Memorial Prayers will be offered at 4 p.m. on Saturday. Interment in Tewksbury Cemetery will be in early Spring.
