Obituary: John L. 'Jack' McPhee Jr., 64, Formerly of Tewksbury
Raised in Tewksbury and a member of the Tewksbury Memorial High School Class of 1970.

John L. “Jack” McPhee Jr., age 64, a former N.H. business owner, died unexpectedly on Tuesday afternoon, Nov. 24, at Exeter Hospital. He was the beloved husband and best friend of Cathy (Sherlock) McPhee, with whom he had celebrated a thirty-third wedding anniversary this past August 14.
Jack was born in Winthrop, one of three children of the late John L. and Lorraine D. (McGregor) McPhee, and was raised in Tewksbury. He graduated Tewksbury Memorial High School with the Class of 1970.

He worked in residential and commercial construction throughout his career, and founded and operated All Pro Property Maintenance and Construction. He coached youth baseball and basketball in Raymond for many years.
Jack loved long rides on his motorcycle and playing guitar with his son and friends. He especially enjoyed time spent with friends and family at the log cabin he built in the mountains of Bath, NH.

Besides his wife, he leaves a son, Richard J. and his wife Ingrid (Osterholm) McPhee of Washington, D.C.; two sisters, Mary McPhee of Tewksbury, and Dotty and her husband Paul Aronofsky of Hudson, NH; and many nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours Sunday, Nov. 29, from 1-3 p.m. in the Tewksbury Funeral Home, corner of 1 Dewey St.and 975 Main St.. (Rte. 38) Tewksbury Center.
