Law Enforcement Continues to Monitor State in Wake of Paris Attacks

The Massachusetts State Police and its law enforcement partners at the Commonwealth Fusion Center and on the Joint Terrorism Task Force continue to monitor the investigation into and intelligence surrounding the Paris terror attacks.

At this time, officials say they are aware of no specific credible threats to Massachusetts.

State Police will emphasize regular patrols near critical infrastructure sites around the state and continue enhanced high visibility patrols near the State House.

State Police also have a comprehensive and multi-layered security package in place at Logan Airport.

Troopers across the state will maintain heightened awareness for any potential suspicious activity in their patrol areas.

Members of the public are reminded to call police immediately if they see anyone or anything that appears suspicious.
