Letter: David Gay Responsible Choice

Letters may be sent to williamg@patch.com

As election time draws near, we as responsible Tewksbury citizens are faced with the task of choosing a Selectman who will both lead by example and represent the Town's best interests as we move forward as a community. I think the obvious choice is David H. Gay who has done both in the years so far he's been at the job.

Since first being elected David has spearheaded initiatives such as the Annual Town Clean up Day and is working toward needed improvements to the Route 38 corridor we know as Main Street. As Chairman of the Economic Development Committee he is part of the effort to bring new business and economic growth to our Town as proven by the recent relocation of Thermo-Fisher Company to Tewksbury. He is also the Selectman representative member of the Community Preservation Committee and as such is working toward the completion of our historic Town Hall renovation.

David is a man of honesty and integrity who strives to look for the best in people and I believe he is dedicated to making our Town a better place in which to live. Please join me in casting your vote for David H. Gay for your Selectman on April 14, 2012. Thank you.
