To The Editor: For the past ten years I have watched Todd Johnson's performance as a member and Chairman of the Tewksbury Finance Committee and member and Chairman of the Board of Selectmen. His quiet and efficient leadership has helped us address and resolve several important and potentially divisive issues, finding a new town manager, stabilizing our financial situation, etc. in a rational and effective way.
