Lowell Teens Reported Urinating Off Motel Balcony

Friday, March 9
A rabid skunk was reported on the grounds of the at 8:48 a.m. Police and Animal Control responded and put the skunk down.

At 10:58 a.m., a suspicious vehicle was reported near the Water Treatment Plant. Police checked the vehicle and found a woman who said she was early for work and was just killing time.
At 10:25 a.m., police arrested Jacqueline Consaul, 29, and Walter Brown, 35, both of 30 Carter Street. Both had warrants out for their arrest.

At 5 p.m. a person reported to police that her son was bullied on the school bus. Police filed a report.
Saturday, March 10
Police responded to at 12:25 a.m. after reports of a loud party and teens urinating off a balcony in the rear of the hotel. When police arrived, they found a party going on. Police arrested Corey J. Donovan, 18, 43 Acropolis Road, Lowell, on charges of possession of alcohol while under 21-years-old; Patrick D. Cox, 23, 54 Acropolis Road, Lowell, on charges of furnishing alcohol to minors, social host criminal liability; Sean Carl Gazlay, 18, 50 Putnam Avenue, Lowell, on charges of possession of alcohol while under 21-years-old.
Sunday, March 11
At 4:45 p.m., a mother told police a teacher pushed her son in class on Friday. Police filed a report.
At 5:47 p.m., police arrested Samatha G. McElwain, 24, 423 Boston Road, Billerica, on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and reckless operation on Main Street.
Shortly before 7 p.m., a Ronald Drive resident reported his child was bitten by a dog. Police discovered the child was not bitten but instead, knocked down by the dog.
