Current superintendent John O'Connor is retiring at the end of this school year.The field of nearly more than two dozen candidates <a href="https://patch.com/massachusetts/tewksbury/four-finalists-selected-superintendent-search-0">was narrowed down to four finalists last month</a> and include candidates from Revere, Lexington, North Andover and Melrose:<ul><li>Christopher Malone (current Revere Public Schools assistant superintendent)</li></ul><ul><li>Thomas Martellone (principal of the Fiske Elementary School in Lexington)</li></ul><ul><li>Carla Scuzzarella (North Andover High School principal)</li></ul><ul><li>Patricia White-Lambright (Assistant superintendent for pupil personnel services, Melrose Public Schools).</li></ul>Following recent site visits for all of the candidates, each finalist is being interviewed by School Committee members this week.
