Wilmington, and one driver in particular, saw Hurricane Sandy's wrath first hand on Monday.
Early in the storm, a man was driving on Shawsheen Ave. when a massive pine tree snapped and fell on his truck, trapping him inside.
The man was quickly extricated from the vehicle, though several utility poles were brought down by the tree and power was lost in the area for an extended period of time.
