Police Arrest Two on Drug Distribution Charges
The two New Hampshire residents are being arraigned Monday.

Tewksbury Police arrested two New Hampshire residents on drug distribution charges after detectives doing surveillance on Andover Street saw the two complete a drug transaction Sunday.
On Oct. 18, the Tewksbury Police Department arrested Christopher Canady, 56, of 18 Pleasant St. Apt #1, Merrimack NH and Jessica Vissa, 33, of 76 Seaverns Bridge Road, Amherst NH for possession with the intent to distribute heroin and conspiracy to violate the drug laws.

Detectives were conducting surveillance on Andover Street when a drug transaction was observed in the Wendy’s parking lot. Both individuals were taken into custody; 14 grams of heroin was recovered.
Both are due to be arraigned at Lowell District Court on October 19, 2015.
