As the Police Department Christmas Parade toured Tewksbury on Sunday, it made a surprise stop at the Oakdale Mall. Costumed characters such as Dora The Explorer, Batman, Minnie Mouse and Bob the Builder posed for photos and high-fived customers and delighted children.
