Tewksbury Gives Details About Early In-Person Voting Ahead Of Election
Between Aug. 27 and Sept. 2, Tewksbury Town Hall will host six dates for early in-person voting for the Sept. 6 primary election.

TEWKSBURY, MA —The Town of Tewksbury has announced details for early in-person voting ahead of the Sept. 6 state primary election.
There will be six different dates on which voting will take place at Tewksbury Town Hall, located a 1009 Main Street.
The dates and times for early in-person voting are:

- Noon to 6 p.m. on Aug. 27
- 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Aug. 29
- 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Aug. 30
- 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Aug. 31
- 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Sept. 1
- 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Sept. 2.
No application is required to vote early. Registered voters simply can show up and vote, according to the Tewksbury Town Clerk's Office.
Tewksbury officials also remind registered voters that even if a mail ballot has been received, a voter still can vote during early in-person voting or on Election Day, as long as the mail ballot has not been received by the Town Clerk's Office.

These voters will be required to complete additional paperwork and show an ID while voting in person, Tewksbury officials said.
If somebody has submitted a mail ballot, and it has been received, but they vote during early in-person voting or on Election Day, the latter ballot will be rejected and not be counted, officials said.
