Massachusetts State Police have announced a Tewksbury man has been found deceased as part of a traffic accident last night north of Exit 26 on Route 3 in Billerica. Tewksbury resident Steven Khabbaz, 27, had been involved in a single car crash on Route 3 Northbound and began walking down the travel lane of the highway until he was struck by a passing motorist. Three other minor crashes were reported in relation to the body in the highway and traffic in the area was restricted for two hours following discovery of the body at approximately 10 p.m. The incident is still under investigation as of Sunday morning.

Massachusetts State Police are still investigating the incident from late last night, which left 27-year-old Steven Khabbaz of Tewksbury dead.
