Tewksbury Police Arrest 4, Charge With Drug Sales

Four people from Lawrence and Methuen were charged Thursday following a Radcliff Road investigation, the police said.

TEWKSBURY, MA — Tewksbury police arrested four people Thursday following a drug investigation around Radcliff Road, the police said.

Evan Castillo, 23 of Methuen, was charged with distribution of oxycodone hydrochloride and distribution of cocaine and possession with the intent to distribute amphetamine/dextroamphetamine.

Samuel Vazquez, 22, Sammy Santiago, 23 and Erick Rodriguez, 23, all of Lawrence, were charged with distribution of oxycodone hydrochloride and distribution of cocaine.

Santiago was also arrested on four warrants from Lawrence for charges of breaking and entering into a building during the daytime for felony, larceny from a building, breaking and entering a building during the nighttime for felony, larceny of a vehicle and receiving a stolen vehicle.

All four were due to be arraigned in Lowell Friday.
