TEWKSBURY, MA — Tewksbury police arrested a 29-year-old Tewksbury resident Saturday and charged her with trafficking fentanyl and possession of a Class E substance.Following an investigation, Tewksbury officers obtained a warrant and conducted a search of Paige Lucchesi's Old Boston Road apartment, according to the police narrative. They found 17 grams of fentanyl and 38 Topimarate pills, the department said. Lucchesi was arraigned in Lowell District Court Tuesday and released on $4,000 bail. She is due back in court on March 16 for a probable cause hearing.All people are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
