Tewksbury Police Charge Wilmington Woman With 4th OUI Offense

Police arrested a Wilmington woman in Tewksbury Thursday and charged her with driving under the influence of liquor.

TEWKSBURY, MA — A Wilmington woman was arrested in Tewksbury Thursday and charged with a fourth drunken driving offense, Tewksbury police said.

Police responded at 8:45 p.m. to a report of an erratic driver going north on Main Street with the headlights off. Police stopped the car and the driver "showed signs of impairment," police said.

Following further investigation, Kimberly Labossiere, 55 of Wilmington, was arrested.

Labossiere was charged with operating under the influence of liquor, fourth offense, and driving violations including negligent driving, having an open container of alcohol and defective headlights.

She was due to be arraigned at Lowell District Court Thursday.
