Tewksbury Police Make Drug Distribution Arrests

Three individuals were arrested on Tuesday, June 2 following surveillance at the Motel 6.

Tewksbury Police arrested three individuals on drug distribution charges on Tuesday, June 2. The arrests followed surveillance conducted by detectives at the Motel 6, when the drug transaction was observed.

Tewksbury Police arrested Armond Andrews, 47, of 754 Lakeview Ave., Apartment #3L, Lowell and Frederick Pepe, 45, of 124 Lilley Ave., Lowell for distribution of heroin (subsequent offense), distribution or crack cocaine (subsequent offense) and possession with the intent to distribute heroin (subsequent offense). Pepe was also charged with possession of suboxone (subsequent offense).

Also arrested, was Dominique Sproul, 18, of 189 Middlesex St., Lowell for possession of heroin, possession of crack cocaine and being a fugitive from justice out of Maine (marijuana and liquor offenses).

After the three individuals were taken into custody, narcotics were recovered.

All were due to be arraigned at Lowell District Court on Wednesday, June 3.
