Tewksbury Student Collecting Items for Active Duty Service Personnel

A special card making event will also be held at the Tewksbury Public Library on Monday, August 24.

Tewksbury student Rosalyn Impink is collecting items for active duty service personnel as part of the Project 351 Service Initiative.

Project 351 selects a student ambassador from each of the 351 cities and towns in Massachusetts each year to represent their community and encourage service in and through the community.

The items, specifically chewing gum and playing cards, were designated by the project as items of need, and Impink has a collection box at the Tewksbury Public Library, thanks to Director Diane Giarrusso.
