Eric Packer, with J.Borstell Real Estate, Launches the “Make a Difference” Program to Support Local Food Pantries Tewksbury, MA — December 5, 2025 — J.Borstell Commercial Real Estate is proud to announce the launch of Eric’s “Make A Difference” Program, aligned with the upcoming holidays. Beginning Monday, Nov. 23, through Friday, Nov. 27, Tewksbury's town offices, which are currently located at the Hardy-Pike House, will be moving back to the newly renovated Town Hall at 1009 Main St. The following offices will be moving this week:<ul><li>Office of the Board of Selectmen</li><li>Office of the Town Manager</li><li>Office of the Town Clerk</li><li>Human Resources/Administrative Offices</li></ul>In addition, the following town departments are also relocating the DPW, 999 Whipple Road and Senior Center located at 175 Chandler St. <ul><li>Community Development</li><li>Building Department</li><li>Conservation Commission</li><li>Board of Health</li><li>Veterans Services</li></ul>During the week there may be interrupted phone service and staff may not be readily available. Residents should plan accordingly. Town officials thank residents for their patience during this transition.
