Third Suspect Nabbed In Whipple Road Burglary

First two suspects were arrested on Dec. 4.

Tewksbury Police have arrested a third suspect in connection with the burglary of a home at 666 Whipple Road earlier in the week.

Joseph Gagnon, 33, of 381 Hildreth St, Apt 307, Lowell was identified as a suspect on Thursday, Dec. 6. A warrant was obtained for his arrest and with the assistance of the Lowell Police he was arrested at 3 p.m. the same day.

Gagnon is charged with Breaking and Entering, Larceny over $250, and Conspiracy.  He was arraigned at Lowell District Court on Friday.

 The home at 666 Whipple Road was broken into just before 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 4. The two other suspects, Shawn Keefe and Erica Ruane were apprehended later that same night.
