Three Arrested on Heroin Drug Charges
NH men were arrested after detectives observed them acting suspiciously at the Cracker Barrel restaurant on Andover Street on Saturday.
Tewksbury Police over the weekend arrested three individuals who are all facing heroin drug charges.
On Saturday, June 20, 2015, Tewksbury Police arrested Cody Gunseth, 29, of 26 Monadnock Highway, Keene, NH, Devan Gordon, 30, of 413 Route, Apt. 9a, Spofford, NH and Benjamin Lake, 31, of 62 Hilltop Dr., Keene, NH for possession with the intent to distribute heroin and conspiracy.
Police say detectives observed the individuals acting suspiciously at the Cracker Barrel restaurant, located on Andover Street. When Detectives conducted an inquiry into the behavior of these individuals, narcotics were observed. All three were placed into custody. Officers recovered 11.5 grams of heroin.

All are due to be arraigned at Lowell District Court on June 22, 2015.
