When is Curbside Christmas Tree Pickup in Tewksbury?

Now that the gifts have been opened and the last of your holiday visitors have been sent on their way, many start to wonder when and how can they get rid of their Christmas tree.

Well, for Tewksbury residents, Christmas tree pick up is the week of Jan.11 and each street in town has a designated day when trees are picked up.

Each street in Tewksbury has a designated day and its usually NOT Wednesday.

According to the town’s website, residents should consult the Recycling Calendar for this year’s schedule (Each Street is designated only one pickup day for this program).

Christmas trees have to be tinsel and ornament free and left on the curbside before 7 a.m. on your street’s pick up day. Do not use plastic bags or your tree will not be picked up.
