The summer heat is back and the upcoming week is looking to be a hot one. While there is a chance of a scattered thunderstorm Tuesday night, there’s no real chance of rain until late in the week.

• Monday: Partly cloudy skies Monday with a high of 94. Mostly clear skies Monday night with a low of 67.

• Tuesday: Intervals of clouds and sunshine Tuesday with a high of 94. Expect variable cloudiness and a chance of a scattered thunderstorm Tuesday night with a low of 66.

• Wednesday: Partly cloudy skies Wednesday with a high of 91. Clear to partly cloudy skies Wednesday night with a low of 66.

• Thursday: Showers in the morning Thursday then clearing skies with ample sunshine and a high of 87. Partly cloudy skies will give way occasional showers later during the night Thursday with a low of 66.

Right now the upcoming weekend looks good with temperatures in the low 80s with clouds and sunshine.
