Ferris Bueller’s Day Off Screening Set For Wakefield Bandstand
The screening is part of Wakefield Community Access Television's Movies by the Lake series.
WAKEFIELD, MA — Wakefield community members have another chance to catch a movie by the lake this week at the bandstand at Lake Quannapowitt.
Wakefield Community Access Television will host its latest scheduled Movies by the Lake screening on Thursday night, showcasing Ferris Bueller’s Day Off. The movie is set to begin at nightfall at the bandstand.
First parish Congregational Church will offer free water while the Wakefield Rotary Club will host a Red Sox raffle drawing at 8 p.m.

The Movies by the Lake series opened last month. It is backed by a variety of community sponsors, including the Savings Bank and Rebirth Body Transformation Center.
