Info Released On Upcoming Wakefield Event With Food, Entertainment, Children's Activities

WAKEFIELD, MA — Town Day on the Common is coming up later this month in Wakefield.

The town released the following on the event:

Mark your calendars--the Wakefield Area Chamber of Commerce will host Town Day on the Common on September 27, 2025. From 1 to 4 p.m., all are invited to listen to live music, enjoy a variety of food and beverages, engage in children’s activities, and browse exhibitor tables. We look forward to seeing you at this family-friendly event. The rain date is September 28.

Among the highlights are:

• Children’s activities and Touch-a-Truck showcase
• Local food and beverage vendors, including The BBQ Broker Catering LLC, Life-Love-Cheese, INspire Cafe, Wild Fox Pierogi, Noonan's Concession, Papi's Stuffed Sopapillas, Secret Stash Sweets, and Gong cha Tea.
• A beer garden featuring Idle Hands Craft Ales
• Live music performance by Beantown Music School and DJ entertainment
• Local nonprofits, exhibitors, and artisans
• Flu vaccine clinic managed by Wakefield’s Health Department.
