Possible Human Remains Found Near Wakefield High Property
There is no threat to the school but there will be police activity during dismissal.

WAKEFIELD, MA — Police are investigating after possible human skeletal remains were found near high school property.
Chief Steven Skory said around 11 a.m. Tuesday a survey crew working on Farm Street located the remains in a wooded wetlands area between the tennis courts and Rivers Lane.
Authorities said there is no threat to the school, but there will be police activity during dismissal time.

State police assigned to the Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office and members of the State Medical Examiner’s Office are assisting Wakefield police.
