Santa Comes To Wakefield Saturday
Santa will trace a path through Wakefield, passing a series of Toys for Tots donation sites along the way.
WAKEFIELD, MA — Wakefield community members will have a chance to say “hello” to Santa this weekend as he returns for his annual tour of town.
Events will begin at 11 a.m. on Saturday when Santa and his helpers will trace a path through town. They will begin near Wakefield Memorial High School and pass locations including Wakefield’s Galvin Middle School, Greenwood Elementary School and the Dolbeare Elementary School.
The Wakefield Lynnfield Chamber Commerce hosts the tour. A number of community sponsors have signed on in support.

The chamber has published details on Santa’s route here. The best view to see Santa will be on the passenger side of the road throughout the tour route.
This year’s Santa tour programming includes a Toys for Tots donation drive, with collection boxes set up at Wakefield High School, the Greenwood School, the Dolbeare School and Galvin Middle School

Those interested in donating unwrapped toys can place them in donation boxes beginning at 10:30 a.m.
Tour organizers will pick up boxes as the Santa tour passes each location on Saturday.
