Wakefield Interfaith Food Pantry Announces Sons of Italy Food Drive

Items may be donated Tuesday, April 12 at the Crystal Community Club from 7-9 p.m.

Wakefield Sons of Italy members, community members and area businesses are invited to drop off nonperishable food items to the Wakefield Sons of Italy regular meeting at the Crystal Community Club on Tuesday, April 12 from 7-9 p.m.

"The members of the Wakefield Sons of Italy are completely committed to serving the Wakefield community," said Adriana Guida, vice-president of the Wakefield Sons of Italy. "It is a privilege to organize a food drive for residents of the town we call home."

A full list of the Wakefield Interfaith Food Pantry's most-needed food items is available through the food pantry website. The pantry also welcomes cash and check donations made out to the Wakefield Interfaith Food Pantry. Community members interested in organizing a food drive must contact wifp.fooddrive@gmail.com for additional detail.
