This weekend’s event comes thanks to a partnership between the Boys & Girls Clubs of Stoneham & Wakefield, the town of Wakefield and the Massachusetts Office of Travel and Tourism.
“We think this is a great way to give back to the community while providing our local businesses with some additional exposure,” Boys & Girls Clubs Executive Director said in a recent event announcement. “Though a purchase isn’t required to get the promo code, we hope guests will take the opportunity to visit a local spot and discover something new while they are there. At the same time, guests will get a chance to enjoy a weekend day outside on the Lake, get some exercise, and have some fun.”
