New Pond Village Names Pamela DeSimone Director of Human Resources
Brings 27 years of HR experience to CCRC

New Pond Village, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Walpole, Massachusetts, has named Pamela DeSimone director of human resources.
“I am delighted to welcome our new Director of Human Resources, Pamela DeSimone,” said New Pond Village Campus Executive Director Adam Manchester. “In addition to her industry experience, Pamela brings a collaborative mindset and a passion for fostering an inclusive workplace environment to her new role. We look forward to the continued growth and success of our human resources department under her leadership.”
As director of human resources, Pamela is responsible for managing recruiting efforts, facilitating learning and development initiatives, administering benefits, driving organizational development and fostering associate engagement.

Pamela brings 27 years of experience to the position, working in multi-faceted, complex industries from higher education and manufacturing to food service and facilities management. She prides herself on her deep understanding of both the business side and employee perspective, allowing her to easily navigate relationships with various stakeholders across organizations and ensure alignment between HR goals and business objectives.
“Since beginning my role as director of human resources in December, I have found immense fulfillment in building meaningful relationships with residents, listening to their stories, and sharing in their accomplishments and celebrations,” said Pamela.

Pamela holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Certified Labor Relations Professional (CLRP) certification. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and rescuing dogs in search of a permanent home.
