950 Homes, Businesses Without Power In Waltham
More than 950 electric customers woke up in Waltham without Power Wednesday morning after Tropical Storm Isaias moved through the region.
WALTHAM, MA — More than 950 electric customers woke up in Waltham without Power Wednesday morning after Tropical Storm Isaias moved through the region.
Across the state, some 220,000 were without power late Tuesday night.
Power outages quickly mounted before leveling off at about 225,000 across the state. As of 6:30 a.m. there were 142,8374 homes and businesses still in the dark, according to the Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency.
