Moderna booster shot clinics will be held the week of January 3rd (1/3-1/7/22) at Government Center from 9:15-11:30AM for individuals 18 and older.Please note that appointments are NOT confirmed until you have submitted a pre-screening form by email or spoken with a nurse to complete pre-screening if unable to do electronically.
