UPDATE! - We've distributed test-kits to various persons and organizations as prioritized in most need. At this time, extra at home COVID-19 test kits are available for pick-up for Waltham residents ONLY at Government Center (119 School St) from 5-6pm on Tuesday 12/21. Proof of Waltham residency is required (license or Waltham bill). LIMIT 2 boxes (4 tests) per person. Supplies are extremely limited. It's advised to come as soon as possible if you are in need. Pick-up will close when supplies run out. If you had previously filled out the request form and have not received supplies by the end of the day today, 12/20, please come to the in-person pick-up date above. They will no longer be delivering test-kits at this time.
