Individuals are eligible for a booster if it has been > 5 months since their last dose of Pfizer or Moderna OR > 2 months since the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. Once you sign up for a time slot, you will receive a phone call to complete pre-screening with a nurse and appointments will not be confirmed until pre-screening has been completed. If you need to cancel your appointment, you must call 781-314-3305. Please do not try to cancel through the sign-up.
